Start, Standard, and Professional have a 99.9% availability target, measured per calendar month. Professional support is available every day of the week. Enterprise SLA and support terms are agreed individually.

What counts as an activation?
A card counts when it first receives value, whether online, at point of sale, in the admin, or through the API. Campaign cards count too.

HOW YOUR PROGRAM IS ORGANIZED
The right setup for each brand
- Organization
- Your account and subscription. Monthly activation allowances are pooled here across your workspaces.
- Workspace
- A separate gift card program, with its own cards, settings, reports, API keys, and user access. A card works only within its workspace.
- Market
- A country or currency within a workspace. A card can work across that workspace’s markets.
Do we need the rest of SHOPLAB to use Gift Cards?
No. Gift Cards can be used as a standalone product. Connect through Brink Commerce, Shopify, or the API. Gift Cards also connects with the other products in the SHOPLAB ecosystem. We’ll confirm onboarding for your setup together.
Can the same program cover online and physical stores?
Start includes digital cards. Standard, Professional, and Enterprise include both digital and physical cards, with Sitoo for in-store checkout. Connect your webshop through Brink Commerce, Shopify, or the API.
Can customers check their balance and use a card more than once?
Yes. A merchant-branded balance page shows the current balance, expiry, and latest transaction. Partial redemption lets a customer use some of the balance and keep the rest for a later purchase.
How does Supercharge work?
Supercharge combines paid value and promotional value on a single card. For example, a customer pays 500 SEK and receives 750 SEK to spend. The bonus is spent first, before the amount the customer paid. Both balances are tracked separately. You can also create cards with bonus points only, or combine points and currency. Points are not currency: you choose how many points unlock free shipping, a product, or another reward. Campaign and bonus value is included from Standard.
Can we send cards in bulk or schedule delivery?
Yes. Create batches for employee rewards, corporate gifts, or campaigns. Digital delivery supports scheduling, delivery tracking, and retries. Branded email is included; SMS is an add-on at 1 SEK per SMS segment. A long message or certain characters can require more than one segment.
Can we move an existing gift card program?
The product supports importing gift card data. We’ll review your existing card numbers, balances, currencies, expiry rules, and integrations to agree on a migration approach before switching over.
Can a return go back to the same card or onto a new one?
Yes. Restore the returned value to the existing card, so the customer can keep using it, or issue a new card for the return. Choose the approach that fits your returns process and keep a clear transaction history.
How are gift cards and store credit different?
Gift cards hold value paid for by a customer. Store credit can be issued for returns, recovery, or goodwill. SHOPLAB keeps paid and promotional balances distinct so your team can track what was sold and what was granted.
Do customers get Apple Wallet and Google Wallet?
Yes. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are included in Professional and Enterprise. Saved passes update automatically with the card’s current balance. Every plan also includes the branded balance page in Swedish and English.
Should we choose a plan on volume alone?
Choose for both volume and the features you need. Start suits e-commerce with one company. Standard adds physical cards, OAuth partner integrations, and more markets and users. Professional adds higher capacity and Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. A chain may need Standard even at a low activation volume.
What happens when we exceed the monthly allowance?
The pricing model combines a fixed monthly subscription with a per-activation charge above your calendar-month allowance: 2 SEK on Start, 1.50 SEK on Standard, and 1 SEK on Professional. Enterprise has agreed volume pricing. We’ll confirm your commercial terms before launch.
