What to know before you start
Do we need other SHOPLAB products to use Search?
No. Search accepts product data through its ingestion API or scheduled feeds. You can use it with your existing storefront and catalog system, or connect it with the rest of SHOPLAB.
Can we control the order of products?
Yes. Pin individual products, boost or bury groups, and hide products for a search query or collection. Rules can apply across markets or only to the markets you choose. Preview changes before publishing.
Can we prepare a campaign before it goes live?
Yes. Work in drafts, check the result grid, and publish when ready or schedule a release. This lets your team prepare merchandising changes before the campaign starts.
How do recommendations work?
Choose a strategy for each placement, such as similar products on a product page or trending products on the homepage. Set filters and ordered fallbacks. Personalized strategies depend on shopper signals from your storefront; related products depend on catalog relations.
Does Search support different markets and currencies?
Yes. Each market has its own product prices, currency, availability, and languages. Share rules across your markets and make local adjustments where you need them.
What can we measure?
Track searches, click-through rate, zero-result queries, and attributed revenue by period and market. Your storefront sends the search, click, and purchase events needed for these reports.
How do we choose a plan?
